After leaving Art College with a Degree in Fine Art Sculpture, Gill worked for many years as a freelance scenic artist, making props and painting scenery for theatre, film and television. She has been printmaking for the last 15 years, and has tried most techniques. She is currently interested in lino-cut, especially jig-saw lino and caustic lino, with off shoots into collage, cyanotype and book-making. She would describe her work as multi-disciplinarary.
