More information from the Press Release:
LOOP is an informal co-operative of artists, the majority of whom have a background in print. LOOP has presented some of the best in new printmaking through annual exhibitions since 2005, and up to now always in London.
For 2019 LOOP is venturing out of London and is excited to be showing at Chapel Arts Gallery in Cheltenham, a stimulating new venue incorporating gallery space and performance venue, situated close to the town’s art gallery and museum. This former Baptist chapel is fast gaining a reputation for putting on diverse art exhibitions including print-shows.
LOOP encourages creative freedom; artists show their individual ideas in their choice of approach, from the oldest print technology through to the most recent digital developments, offering an inspiring variety of imagery and technique, and diversity in selected media.
The 2019 LOOP exhibition will showcase recent work by nationally and internationally exhibiting artists, including accomplished and established printmakers, some of whom are also founders of print workshops.
