An introduction to the joy of stitch meditation, a process that’s good for body and soul, allowing you to indulge in the tactile nature of hand stitch without the pressure of an end goal. The pieces created are often small scale (maybe only 4 square inches) and layered, so provide the perfect vehicle for incorporating scraps of material.

Time spent on each piece can be as little thirty minutes…..a few minutes selecting the pieces you want to use and the remainder of time spent sewing.

Fabrics are provided but also bring along your own scraps and threads if possible.
