Screenprinting – From Positive to Print and Beyond with Jule Mallett – Four Monday Evenings from 20 January 2020

This four week evening course will give you invaluable experience in all the processes involved for creating multi-layered screenprints on paper.

Tutor Jule Mallett will teach you how to make ‘positives’ (images) to expose on a silkscreen, how to prepare and expose these images on the screen and the preparations and processes for screenprinting them onto paper.

She will also take you through the use of stencils; a lovely and useful way of creating layers of colour underneath your image.

Each participant will go home with an induction booklet and set of screenprints at the end of the course.

Armed with this knowledge you would then have the ability to join the studio and use the members’ Open Access sessions to experiment with your new found skills.

This evening course is suitable for beginners and refreshers alike and all basic materials are included in the course price.
