Viola Wang’s Pop-Up Kitchen Lithography Workshop will explore the use of untraditional materials, readily available in your kitchen (like cola and kitchen foil), to produce original lithograph prints.

Viola will include a presentation to demonstate how versatile this process is…..”you can truly print anywhere”…..and was recently printing on a boat on the River Thames for the Landscape Artist of the Year programme.

Viola’s fresh approach to this printmaking technique will teach the fundamental principles of traditional lithography whilst offering the ability to produce lithographic prints in your kitchen at home, or wherever you choose to employ her alternative resources.

Along the way, Viola will show you how to print without the use of a press, discuss the use of different papers, and explore the introduction of colour into your prints.

This workshop is suitable for everyone, beginners and experienced printmakers alike.

Date: Saturday 14 March
Time: 10am to 4pm
Cost: £95 / Members £90
