This one-day workshop with Ros Pritchard and Corinne Mangan is a follow-up for those who attended their Botanical Monoprints and Photopolymer Etching weekend back in February and asked for MORE … but is also suitable for anyone interested in extending their knowledge of different ways of inking up a photopolymer plate and combining it with botanical monoprinting and Chine-collé.

There will be pre-prepared demonstrations to begin with and further demonstrations in response to the needs of the group attending, with the opportunity of printing multiple variations of their own photopolymer plates.

Demonstrations will include: Rainbow roll / Chine-collé / Botanicals with coloured layers

Those attending are asked to bring their own photopolymer plate with them on the day. One-to-one sessions and studio members’ open access are available for booking, should you need to make a plate before the workshop.

This workshop is not suitable for those wishing to learn the basics of photopolymer etching, it’s a day of exploring the possibilities for inking up an existing photopolymer plate and combining it with other printmaking methods.
