An Introduction to Screenprinting from Positive to Paper and Beyond with Jule Mallett – Monday Evenings – 2/9/16 October – 6pm to 9pm

This three week evening course will give you invaluable experience in all the processes involved for creating multi-layered screenprints on paper.

Tutor Jule Mallett will teach you how to make ‘positives’ (images) to expose on a silkscreen, how to prepare and expose these images on the screen in our darkroom and the preparations and processes for screenprinting them onto paper.

She will also guide you through the use of stencils; a lovely and useful way of creating layers of colour underneath your image.

This course is suitable for beginners and refreshers alike and all the basic materials are included in the course price.
